Vomiting,lose motion and stomach pain

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I have been vomiting and lose motions from a 3 days , whenever I eat something it vomit soon I eat . Having 5-6 loose motion in the morning and 2-3 loose motions in the evening .. I took medicines as well as done some of the treatment with home remedies but no results
