Vomiting and vertigo
Hi doc...am 31 year married women since 2 days am hvng vertigo and vomitings early morning also hvng pain in upper neck side feeling uncomfortable ...kindly help me for this ...thank u

Neck pain - take Muscle relaxants and pain medication Maintain neck in straight posture and avoid bending neck more than 10 degrees Use cervical memory foam pillow or avoid pillow under head Use cellphone and laptop screen at eye level Avoid massaging Do hot fomentation
