Vomit n sick
Problem with him from last 10-12days ; 1st was loose motion n after some rest now started vomiting problem with sick n lazy symptom. He used to be happy n naughty.

Start with liquids preferably ORS and coconut water... Give some antacid like lanzol plus some anti emetic like emset... Add a probiotic too like econorm.. Consult a Pediatrician for dehydration assessment.. May need hospitalization..

Hello gastroenteritis should be ruled out give ors mixed with water feed with spoons consult paediatrician for further evaluation and treatment.
