Just replenish what she’s losing…
Maintain hydration.,by giving ORS,Coconut water,dal water and curd.
Antibiotics ,though not always required,but once started,need 3-5 days to work.
Watch out for child’s activity and urine output,not on number of stools.
Oflomac Forte (Ofloxacin + Ornidazole) and Taxim-O (Cefixime) are strong antibiotics generally not preferred as first-line treatment in young children, especially for viral diarrhea.
Stop all antibiotics.
Give ORS (oral rehydration solution) in small frequent sips. 100 ml after each loose stools.
Use zinc syrup 20/5 -5 ml od for 10–14 days .
Econorm sachet 1 sachet twice a day.
Include coconut water, chhaas, nimbu shikanji , khichdi , light food without spices , fried food and outside food should be avoided
