Vomit after feed

Asked for Male, 1 Years

My child (age - 4 Months, weight - 7 KG) vomit out milk after every feed. Sometimes, we spit out water like material and saliva also. Because of this ,he remains hungry after feeding also. What can be the reason for it. Also, as sun sets, he becomes irritated and start crying after 6 PM till 9-10PM. Please suggest.

Give feeds at regular gaps of atleast 3-4 hours,only milk,nothing else,stop bottle feeding,and maintain hygiene. After burping the baby for 10 mins after every feed,keep him elevated by placing a cushion beneath the head and shoulders. If not improving,consult your paediatrician.
