I wanted to know if there's a chance that I can get voluntary sterilization as I wish to remain childfree (not wanting to have biological children at all).
I am a student but I am financially independent. Please let me know how to proceed.

No. As per Government rules only those women can have voluntary sterilization if they have at least two children and at least one child is of the school going age. All the others who want to remain childfree (not wanting to have biological children) can use any other methods like Oral Contraception or Intrauterine device (Copper T).
Now don't ask about the basis of these rules.
