Voice slow after radiotherapy

Hi, My uncle had 30 cycle of radiotherapy post throat cancer operation.Prior to radiotherapy his voice was normal and not his voice is very slow.Its been 20 days his voice is not normal. When will the effect of radiotherapy be over?

Need to know the duration between the completion of radiotherapy and onset of low voice. Please check thyroid function test. Few of them will have low thyroid hormone levels. Can be corrected by medication
