Voice not came properly

Asked for Female, 38 Years

I was detected by vocal nodules before 7/8 years. After voice therapy it was gone. Last 1 year i felt again some symptoms. After shouting voice not came properly. After voice rest 1/2 days its ll normal again. Whenever cold/ shouting/ eating icecream voice not came properly. What is the reason? Need to concern? Is it vocal nodules or something elsa?

It is vocal nodule only as per history you will need to undergo endoscopy to get it checked properly and get treatment online/offline as you wish
