Get a Fibreoptic Video Laryngoscopy and Stroboscopy done, send me the report, we will assess and tell u, meanwhile stop singing practise for a while and give uaself complete voice rest. Don't speak in whispered voice, and loud voice, speak in normal non stressed voice and that too as little as possible.
