Vitiligo is a hereditary disorder. If you has strong family history. The actual pathology of Vitiligo is autoimmunity. So keep on optimum health mental and physical, and maintain a very good immunity.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Lips, palm and soles usually will not turn back to normal even with treatment. Wherever you go, no one will give 100 percent assurity.
