Normal WBC count is from 4000 to 11000. So your WBC count is completely normal. It has no relation to vitiligo which is an autoimmune condition.

Vitiligo is different issue,  mainly in this Melanin pigment is damaged. All patches is not necessary it is belong to vitiligo category.  So better guidance only when image is present there. Your white blood cells is normal so don't worry.
