Vitamin tablets
Hi, is it okay to take vitamin tablets daily? If so, what tablet should be taken? I found that I have vitamin d deficiency. And I'm thinking of taking all vitamin tablets regularly

Vitamin d tablets can be taken once weekly initially. Once vitamin d is replenished only once monthly is needed.it’s absolutely safe to take

If you have vitamin d deficiency , you can take vitamin d tablets.... Multi vitamins can be taken only for particular duration
