Ideally none. A balanced diet with high in vegetables and fruits are sufficient to meet all vitamin requirement. If the person is vegetarian then there may be insufficiency of vitamin B12 and folic acid.
So No need to replace unless some predisposing factors or some food taboos.

Vitamin A, D if excess can accumulate in body. Rest of vitamins are water soluble and will not accumulate. First check for any signs of deficiency and then supplement. Vit B, C can be given.
