  4. Vitamin deficiency. From these symptoms?

Vitamin deficiency
My vitamin b12 was 150 when tested in last December. After that I was given tablets for a month and I found no bwnefit. Hence I asked for injections. From last 2 months I am taking optineuron injection but still I have numbness in legs, loss of balance, lack of concentration, depression erc which I was having before. How long will take to get relief from these symptoms?
