Vitamin deficiency
I recently got my vitamin B-12 level checked and it showed 207 pg/ml. Is it low? If yes then kindly suggest me some b-12 medicines with no side effects. It would be a huge help to me.

A vitamin B12 level of 207 pg/mL is generally considered normal.
Next Steps
In your case, a level of 207 pg/mL suggests that your vitamin B12 levels are within the normal range, but if you're experiencing symptoms or have concerns, it's always best to discuss with your healthcare provider.
Health Tips
Here's a reference range for vitamin B12 levels: - Normal: 200-900 pg/mL - Borderline deficiency: 150-200 pg/mL - Deficiency: <150 pg/mL However, some labs may have slightly different reference ranges, so it's always best to consult with your healthcare provider to interpret your results.
