Only one source of vit D is sunlight. So first of all lets start to take sunbath for 30mnts daily before 9am. You may also charge water in sunlight for drinking and bathing purposes. If you are a non Vegetarian then take mutton's bone soup twice or thrice a week.

Gud morning pls have a proper balanced diet to recover vit d deficiency along with direct sun rays exposure to body for 20mins in day time,if it still persists then u can use ensure brand supplement for meeting up the extra nutritional needs which u r unable to get through foods only.
