Hello ! You seem to have symptoms of infection , please consult a PHYSICIAN ONLINE , and if it is convenient for you then visit a nearby clinic go get a thorough check up done and get immediate treatment. Make sure you are taking 2-3 litres of water , can take glucon D as well. Have more liquids like buttermilk , coconut water, lemon water to help you stay hydrated. Have very light food like khichdi, Idli, sooji porridge.
