Vitamin d3 insufficient
I have checked my vitamin d3 level as I have respiratory problems .then my vitamin d3 level is 28.41ng/ml which shows insufficient . Should I take medicine ? If yes dosage pls .

There is insufficiency.
Take D rise 60K once a week for 6 month before breakfast .
Add milk in diet,take morning sun bath for vitamin D.plenty water.
