Hi ,you can take vitamin D 60k at morning weekly once for 7 weeks,

60k IU per week for 6 months. Also try and expose yourself to natural sunlight in the mornings and mid morning time. Try and eat nutritious balanced meals as well.

Take Vit D sachet once a week for 12 weeks .. Then monthly once for 6 months .. Take sachet after food,  any time in a day ..
