Vitamin d levels of 8ng/ml
Hello doctor i checked my vitamin d levels which were only 8ng/mol. I have startred taking 60 k capsules weekly from 1 week and also i am taking cod liver oil capsule daily. The bone pain has improved slightly but it still pains at night.How long will it take for pain to go completely and what else can i do

Ok....how long u r taking vit.d capsule?
Usually 12-16 wks to take normalisation of vit d level....definitely it ll improve over the period of time
