I recently did Vit D test. Level is 22.1. I have got Tayo Cholecalciferol chewable tablets 60000 IU from the chemist. 1. How often and for how long do I take these tablets? 2. How frequently should I check my Vitamin D level?

Take weekly for 8 weeks. Then monthly till 6 months. Take calcium supplements as well. Can consult me privately for proper management and prescription
