I am
Vitamin D deficient(17.5 as per the test) and my lifestyle won't allow me to get up early morning. Can I absorb sunlight in the afternoon to fulfil my Vitamin D needs. What else shall I do to mitigate the deficiency?
Gender - Male
Age - 24
Lifestyle - Work in an A/C close doored sunlight proof office, hit gym 5 days/week(consume protein shake post WO). BMI is under control, drink 2 glasses of milk a day, and eat out an unhealthy snack once a day.
