Vitamin d deficiency
My vitamin d level is deficient. I am taking becasule capsule once a day at night with milk And calcerol sache 60000IU in a weeK. I am taking the treatment from last two week. I am feeling very weak from each part of body I feel very tiredness after some physical work. What should be the changes in my life style and medication and how much time will require to reduce weaknesses.
