  4. Vitamin d deficiency. Once a week?

I haven't take any supplements yet doc is prescribing me to take 2 Arachitol injection  6l in twoo weeks and den sachet once a week? Is this a right prescription.. I attached my d3 test reports.. My symptoms are fatigue pain in legs.. Sleepiness... Dizziness My b 12 is 369.. All other test are nirml like hemoglobin cbc thyroid sugar bp lipid calcium everything is normal
