I have Vitamin-D deficiency. The level of Vitamin -D-25 hydroxy (serum) is 16.7 ng/ml. What is the recommended amount of Vitamin-D I need? Does it have to be a weekly dose or a daily dose?

Natural source is sunlight, if possible expose yourself undersunlight.or can start vit d3 as a supplement.
