Yes. It can be the cause for your symptoms. You should have adequate exposure to sunlight, atleast half hour per day. Have Calcium rich diet like dairy products, eggs, few vegetables. You should take Vit D 3 sachet or tablets,  60000 units, once a week.

Cholecalciferol ( vit D3) sachet 60000 IU one's in a week for 4 week's. Sun bath. Have milk and milk products.
