I have severe
vitamin d deficiancy. Though after having some medications i have improved my vitamin d counts. But no matter for how much time i sleep at night, i feel sleepy after taking bath and having breakfast. I also generally take an afternoon nap after which i feel fresh. I continuosly feel some kind of strain besides my right eye and right side of the brain. Is it because of vidamin d deficiency?
Also, please suggest me a DIET PLAN.
