There are Daily capsule which contain lower doses, there are large dose sachet and caps about 60,000 units and again there are injections having still larger doses. It all depends on what symptoms you have and how severe is the deficiency.

Both are very low. Take tab vit d360,000 units once a week for 6 weeks, Inj cyancobalamin 100microgram I.m once daily for 7 days, then twice a week for 2 weeks. Then continue tablet neurobion one morning and one evening for 30 days. Take more of eggs, curds, cheese, mushrooms,  berries, whole grains, soya, nuts, dates. Repeat test after 6 weeks. Test results will decide further treatment.
