Vitamin d daily dose
I am CALCIUM deficient an constipation. In early morning my while body pain. Doctor prescribe nurobion forte twice , gemsoline and equirex , and say muscle weak but whenever I take d3 pouch only that time motion clear only that day motion clear. I m taking twice a weak d360000iu  pouch. Can I take daily.

No ,can and will cause toxicity if taken more than need,take fibre rich diet,drink plenty of fluids .Consult with general physician for constipation

No you cannot take vitamin d3 60000iu daily as it can lead to side effects of high levels of vitamin d in blood after sometime Better you asl your physician for some laxatives for constipation Its advised to increase fibre in your diet for proper motion. Take care
