Vitamin D concern
I have very low vitamin D(7 ng/ml) but good bone density(T-score=0.24). Is it a health concern? Or is this report wrong?

Report is perfectly normal.  It will take some time  may b six months or more to show up on Bone scan . Any way we treat patients not scans. It's high time that u should take adequate amounts of vit d  both from natural sources and medicine.
Next Steps
inj Arachitol 6lac units IM stat tab uprise D3 twice a week  for 4 week tab shelcal xt x once a day
