I have vitamin d and b12 deficiency
Doctor given Arachitol 6L & meconerv injection
Doctor advised to take Calciquick D3 60k tablets once per week along with Cipcal 500 daily 2times for 1month
CalciquickD3 and cipcal 500 can i take both?
Won't there be any overdose?
I have lower back and side pains,leg pains,knee pains ,fingers pains
My vitamin d is 10.7 ,calcium is 9.1
