Gud afternoon r u following a healthy lifestyle routine,pls answer me.its very much essential to have a healthy food plate including all essential nutrients starting from carbs,proteins,fats as well as fiber,vitamins n minerals.try to exercise daily,reduce stress, sleep early n drink enough of water.include non veg food sources like milk n milk products like curd,paneer as well as eggs,chicken, fish,mutton etc to meet the deficiencies of vit d and vit b12 both.try to expose your body to direct sun Ray's for atleast 10-15 mins to get vit-d.

Hi, Foods rich in Vitamin D are whole milk and milk products, Egg yolk, Fatty fish, Sun dried Mushrooms, besides food its sunshine. Taking Sunbath for 10-15 mins daily in bright sun will help. Vitamin B12 is found only in Animal foods like Meat and Poultry. Besides this milk and products too will help.
from the report it looks like there is a defeciency with regard to both vitamins which requires supplements ,the duration & Dosage can be decided only through a general Physician
