What to do if I am low on vitamin B12 , lately I don't feel good , even after a good sleep, sometimes I get tired and calf muscles feels tired.

What is your hemoglobin level? And vitamin D3 level? If test not done , kindly do.. For vitamin B12 deficiency, take vitamin B12 rich foods like egg, meat, milk, sea food along with take  multivitamin NUROKIND PLUS tablet once a day..
