Vitamin B12 deficiency
I have vitamin B12 deficiency (128 pg/ml). Doctor advised me to take methylcobalamin injection 1000mcg / day for 7 days and once a month later. Is there an oral substitute for this. I'm thinking of Becosules.

this is best medicine for b12. you have to eat mutton for it.
