Vitamin b12 <150 with other symptoms
My b12 is <150 with symptoms of 1. Numbness and itching in hands ( sometimes ) 2. Brain fog 3. Memory issues ( difficulty in retaining and forget things at work ) 4. Anxiety 5. Heaviness in mind 6. Tiredness 7. I have pcos also and have undergone laproscopic before 3 months (under medication femilon as directed by Dr and omega 3 self prescribed )
