Vitamin b12 low
Hi sir. Please any can one suggest me ..recently I was tested my blood in that it showing Vitamin B12 Low( 180 pg/ ml).I'm suffering heavy back pain .and I'm feeling tiredness .and haemoglobin also 9.6 gms/ dl. Please help me

Hi Your low hb levels may be due to low vit b12 levels. so please take iron rich foods like dates,anjeer ,plums,jaggery made sweets,if you like to have wheat grass juice every day in empty stomach is a good choice to pep up your Hemoglobin levels. above are the dietary measures you can add ragi malt with jaggery. take Tab meaxon plus to pep your vit B12 for 2 months. consult physician if you can.
