Hi., I can understand your concern. Plan for regular exercise and walking about 20-30 mins a day in mild sunlight to get vit d naturally. Add more fruits and vegetables in your diet along with fibres and nuts. If you're feeling any symptoms like weakness or giddiness, we can plan for vit supply

Vit d  deficiency usually due to in sufficient sun exposure B12 , deficiency common with vegetarian diet, milk and milk related products, and non veg good sources Suppliments freely available which effectively treat deficiency
