Kindly don't self medicate and you don't require any injections. You will require a vitamin B12 supplement. These following foods are rich in Vitamin B12: - Eggs, chicken, beef, turkey - Tuna, shrimp, mussels, sardines, clams, oysters, crab, salmon, trout - Cottage cheese, Swiss cheese, milk - Fortified cereal, nutritional yeast Monitor your vitamins after 3 months
