Vitamin b12 deficiency
Hi. Please inform of b12 deficiency can be cured by folic acid tablet? I have pcod and currently on iron, zinc & calcium. Thank you.

It depends on how much b12 deficiency you have, if it is mild , then it can be cured completely with b12 capsules, if it is severe , u will require b12 injections. Taking calcium , zinc , iron or folic acid will not improve b12 deficiency
