Vitamin b12 deficiency
Before 5 day ago i meet physician..my blood test show that my vitamin b12 leval is 222 pg/ml according to doctor its i m feeling tired without doing any work i have a no fevar but i m feeling feverish also i m felling depressed and loose all intereste in all activities even neuropathic symptom
