Vitamin B12 deficiency and next steps
I was diagnosed with vitamin b12 deficiency of 162.7 pg/ml.GP prescribed Renerve plus capsule and asked to do retest after one month. Yesterday after one month, in retest vitamin b12 level were 391.8pg/ml which seems within normal.my energy level has also improved Should I continue to take supplement and if so for how many months?

Hi If  you  are  pure  veg  then  you  need  to  take  inj. Vit. B12  for  life  time  Otherwise  not needed. Eat  1  egg  per day.
