Vitamin B12 and vitamin D deficiency
Last week I done my full body checkup . my blood examination in which my my                  Hb  - 11.9, Mcv - 78.9, MCH - 25.4 means all 3 are below reference range and RDW - 14.4 means above normal range. RBC morphology - hypochromia and microcytosis both are +. Basophils - 0. Absolute Basophils count - 0.0. In KFT urea(serum) - 16.38 means low. In liver function test 2 - A/G  ratio - 1.13 means below reference range. ESR - 28 means above normal range. In biochemistry - Iron (serum, ferene) - 39.00,  UIBC(serum, nitroso-PSAP) - 141.00, TIBC(serum, ferene) - 180.00 means all 3 are below normal range. CHOL/HDL ratio(serum,  enzymatic) - 3.13, LDL/HDL ratio - 1.73 means both are low. Vitamin B12 - cyanocobalamin - 129, vitamin D(25-Hydroxy) - 10.80 means both are low. Thyroid test and diabetes test are normal. Haematology - RBC morphology - hypochromia + microcytosis + mild Anisocytosis and advise - serum iron studies, serum ferritin and abnormal haemoglobin study. pls suggest medicin
