Vitamin B12 and vitamin D deficiency
I have vitamin B12 deficiency and vitamin D deficiency. Vitamin B12 - 44, Vitamin D - 21.55 I happened to visit my company doctor they suggested me to use the tablet like For Vitamin B12 - NEUROBION Tablets For Vitamin D - CALROSS Tablets. Will these tablets get cured this deficiency? Are these tablets are good enough to recover from this deficiency? Or do you want me to meet any specialist like neurologist, nutrition? Or do i have to take injection or other medication instead of these tablets?
