uric acid is high, it goes in favour of gout. you should have symptoms of gout like joint pains, aches, weakness, fatigue etc. if symtoms are there you should start the medicine of gout. you can consult me on 94 six zero eight 95 one five seven.
Corrected serum calcium is in normal range (9.42)
No further workup for hypercalcemia is needed unless symptoms of hypercalcemia are present
For high uric acid, if it’s asymptomatic no need for treatment now..maintain hydration with good urine output , weight reduction (if obese) , stop beer/alcohol (if taking), avoid red meat and so on but if symptoms of hyperuricemia are present then you should start medications (like acute gout , tophi etc)
