Vitamin b12 and vitamin d deficiency
Hi sir, In last nov i had viral fever and admitted in hospital for 4days platelets count was less that is 1lack 39 thousands after dischargethe from hospital I have full tiredness not able to go to work taken rest for 15days then went to office than again in jan I have done complete body check than I came to know I have vitamin b12(136) and vitamin d(10.18)deficiency I took neurobian injection 10injection weekly one and d-rise powder weekly once 11 packet till now (In middle I was faced anxiety and panic and little chest pain in left side I done ECG 2 times it's normal During discharge my heart rate is 80/min but later after few days itwas 110/min now again I have done vitamin test vitamin b12 is 1166 and vitamin d is 64 In middle I took one architol 6L injection that time I felt little better. Pls support me am struggling from last 5months Now am facing little pain in left side chest, little anxiety and tiredness and sometimes am feeling I will fall down while walking. I done therapy

Ur d3 &b12 are ok , I don’t know ur physical status , job qualities , working hour till then it appears U HAVE SOME SORT OF STRESS. WHAT IS UR SLEEP STATUS. DO. DO ANY EXCERCISE , or not life is sedentary or high mobile. I suggest Mornig walk for 40 mnts develop some reading habits of ur interest Some light music at bed tie of ur interest and SOME YOGA IN MORNING SOME PRANAYAINEVENING LEARN YOGNIDRA PRACTICE IT. SIMPLY CONTINUE GOOD MULTIVITE LIKE SUPRADYN ONCE A DAY A GLASS OF HOT MILK BEFORE BEDTIME. CONSULT UR DAMILY DOCTOR OR GP
