Consume semi polished or unpolished varieties of cereals,pulses and lentils and include naturally fermented foods like cheddar cheese,paneer, and other common foods like curd,Buttermilk, sprouts + idli,dosa etc can improve B12 levels And variety of nuts,seeds,along with sunlight exposure can improve vitamin D levels

Hii thank you for asking this question You can start feed  boiled egg , boiled organ mean(mashed) with rice  ,milk cheese 🧀  , fermented foods liks , yogurts, sprouts .it's source of vitamin B12 and Vitamin D

B12 is found in some  foods like milk, eggs, some types of fish , soy and soy products, dairy products etc . For Vit D 10-15 mins of early morning sunlight exposure. Will need more details for detailed advise.
