Vitamin B12 and anxiety
Hello all I have suffering from anxiety from few months now I have heart palpitations and rapid shallow breathing. Middle chest pain. N breath getting stuck there, little stiffnes No fever cold and cough. Whenever i eat.. i feel burning sensation in my mouth and inside throat. I also have frequency of mouth ulcers In 2019.. i had low vitamin b12 levels Is anxiety and all this inter related Pls help n treat

Hi if u r having anxiety and panic attacks, it might be a symptom of generalized anxiety disorder. Consult a psychiatrist at the earliest. Mouth ulcers can be due to vit b12 deficiency. U can add milk products and meat to your diet. U can take b12 supplements also.
