Hello. It is not only the issue of how to improve Vit B / B Complex. It is about your overall digestion process. Eat food at regular timings. Churn well and drink sips of water in the meal time. Do not over drink water after food or before food. For good absorption of all required nutrition, start your big meal with a piece of ginger chewing. Use 2 teaspoon melted ghee in your breakfast only. Eat food warm / hot. Donot use carbonated drinks or use maida preparations. Do yogasana - suryanamaskaa regularly. this should help you more than medicines. Even after doing this for 2 or 3 months, you do not get the desired result, consult nearby ayurveda doctor.
