For Vitamin D deficiency, follow these steps: Medication: ✔ Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 60,000 IU – Once a week for 8 weeks, then once a month for maintenance. ✔ Calcium supplement (500–1000 mg/day) – If needed, take with meals. Other Practices: ✔ Sunlight exposure – 20-30 min/day (morning or evening). ✔ Vitamin D-rich foods – Fatty fish, egg yolks, dairy, mushrooms. ✔ Regular exercise – Helps absorption and bone strength. After 8 weeks, recheck Vitamin D levels and adjust if needed.
