Vitamin d3 deficiency
Her vitamin d is 7.6 . Earlier taken calciferol 60k but started vomiting , severe restlessness , dryness and burning heqd and heart for long time. Now somehow Taking calcimax syrupy two times 5ml but
After every dose she is feeling heart burn
and restlessness for 3 to 4 hours. She is also taking polybin since B13 is 247. There is no problem due to polybin. Infact once she taken Astime syrup but developed rashes and swell upper lipes from inside .

Hey, Sensible sun exposure, especially between the hours of 10:00 am and 3:00 pm produces vitamin D in the skin that may last twice as long in the blood compared with ingested vitamin D.
Foods thought to contain high amounts of vitamin D3 are oily fish, such as salmon, mackerel, and blue fish, as well as fortified milk and other dairy products.
After correction of their vitamin D status with oral vitamin D, patients should have a repeat test of their 25(OH)D level to confirm that they are in the normal range.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
You can take injections of vit D3 6L i.u once a week for 5 weeks.
Getting enough sun exposure is also necessary.
Have a high calcium diet.
Tab. Supracal pro once a day after food for a month.
Tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for a month.
Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.

You said the vitD deficiency was 2 yrs back...recheck now and then decide....if less than 10 ng...need to take 60K sacchet of vit D3 for 12 weeks followed by 1000 units orally for another 12 weeks
